I feel proud to learn that I belong to the same society where human like Achche is one of our fellowmen. He encouraged us to enrich our minds by freeing those from superstitions and dogmas. Let my head bowed down to his feet. Reading the news I started to study my own mind. And I am ashamed to find that I, being socalled learned man having some university degrees ( while in service I felt proud to see that people would put the prefix ‘learned’ while addressing me officialy!)and being belonged to the socalled civilised society and being one who is fortunate to see directly the people’s culture worldwide would not be able to do the humane deed as done by the bride- if it happened in my life. Let me be human like Acheche rather than a religious goodman. Let us learn that humanism is far nobler than spiritualism or religionism. The groom need not pray before the imaginery god. Rather she should be thankful to her husband, the bride. Because the supposed god supposed to have intended to ruin her life while the bride foiled the god’s nasty will and presented her an honourable life. Let the Acheches grow in all human minds.

Shabaash Achhe Lal! You have just done what is logical, rational & human. Do we cancel a marriage if the groom or bride is bitten by a dog?
Shame on those who think and act otherwise.
