Where Head of a State play with car festival of physically handicapped god for spiritual and political gain, where the prospective Head of the country prays before a popular goddess for his electoral success, continuance of superstitious practices like witch hunting is not an astonishing fact. The Head of State, the Head of the Country or the Witch Hunters are equally superstitous. All of them sit in the same seat comfortably and enjoy the same diet. Their heart and mind are equal.
In this connection I like to point out that here in educated America, witch hunting is still going on in public. Once a Governor of a State in America and a prospective Presidential Candidate as well,
Miss Palin had to be free from the shackles of witches by rituals performed by priests exactly as done in the illiterate adibasi area of India.
