This content is tailored for all levels of research administrators: aspiring or newly appointed research administrators within academic institutions or research-focused organizations and is appropriate for administrators at either the department or central service level. It addresses the significance of research development activities for these administrators and their faculty members, highlighting the ways they can identify and collaborate with the research development units within their organizations to bolster the pursuit of extramural funding.
