    So far this article by Rantideb Sengupta is THE BEST on this issue– a rational and democratic view.

    I support the view of Rantideb Sengupta.A very good article. I think that the matter should be investigated by a separate judicial enquirer y or SIT appointed by Supreme Court.I also think that if the matter is investigated by CBI or CID,there may be chance of mishandling by the central Govt. or State Govt.
