We in Delhi have initiated a petition on a related issue, viz. the Indian state's vilification program evident in the charge-sheet brought out against Kobad Ghandy. That document names several well-known civil and democratic rights organisations and individuals as Maoist sympathizers, simply because they have consistently raised their voices against Operation Green Hunt, and its excesses. This is part of a growing McCarthyism aimed at clamping down on legitimate and democratic dissent. Being a top level PUBLIC SERVANT you trying to finish hungry people (like your employer-voter) of tribal area in Orissa, Chattrisgar, Maharastra,West Bengal, Bihar etc; trying sell our country. Creating so many excuse like noxalite, maoist, MoU, development etc to capture Natural Resources on behalf of capitalist- MNC'S and doing VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS. Why? So, immediate stop the inhuman act by State, stop State Terrorism , stop selling of your own countrymen and our resources. Congratulation to SRAI & HA for protest and signature campaign.
