Answer needs no thinking, WAR, REVOLT and that is what happening. You just cannot kill people mercilessly only because they want their basic rights. Yes, you can if you are a Taliban State, and that is not what India is. This is a simple thing which this f***** politicians making complex. Instead of spending lump sum behind that combined forces, can't we spend that same amount in the development of that area? This may stop born of several anarchists in future.
