Check-In/Check-Out

The hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. The hotel bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on the departure day.

Parking

Only valet parking is available, and there is no option to self-park your vehicle. The price per hour for valet parking is 15 AED.

Hotel Cancellation

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservations. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a two night's room and general excise tax charge. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your conference registration.
